Coming in 2 and 3 bar, our concrete sleepers are handmade in a temperature controlled/ enclosed factory which is how we can guarantee exact size increments, 100% colour consistency and zero hairline fractures. Our concrete mix reaches 55-60 Mpa with 5kpa a surcharge to give our sleepers a minimum of 60 years design life.
